Airworthiness
To ensure the airworthiness of your aircraft, two fundamental measures are necessary.
Just like a car, which must undergo regular technical test, the aircraft must also be inspected regularly. This annual inspection is either physically on the aircraft or based on the paper state. The physical inspection must be performed at least every three years. If the aircraft is monitored within the same organization, two years between physical inspections can be performed based on paper state, which reduces the effort. This annual inspection, or ARC, must be renewed annually.
Another requirement is a maintenance program that ensures that all necessary work (inspection, overhaul) is completed on time. We establish this within a CAMO agreement.
Both privileges have been granted to us through EASA approval and are continuously monitored by the German Aviation authority.
Regularly trained and competent personnel carry out the necessary work according to strict quality management processes. Supported by modern management software, we can query the status of any aircraft under surveillance in a reach of a button.
CAMO

CAMO stands for "Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization." This EASA authorization gives us the right to monitor and document your aircrafts operation. Continuing airworthiness management, or as it's called in German, is the double bottom line, or the assurance that all necessary maintenance is performed. Aircraft operations, such as flight hours, landings, etc. are monitored and documented.
This enables our CAMO to plan any maintenance work that arises in a timely manner so that the aircraft always remains airworthy.
The completion of an annual inspection is also ensured.

ARC

The ARC, or Annual Airworthiness Review Certificate, is one of the most important documents that must be valid for every aircraft.
It certifies airworthiness. All technical equipment is in perfect working order, and any work related to time-limited components has been completed.
The ARC is issued by our inspectors and renewed when the legal situation allows.
